I particularly appreciated the lounge area, which offered complimentary hot drinks, allowing us to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning nature photography adorning the walls. The staff, especially Tamotsu-san, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, demonstrating a genuine warmth that made us feel right at home. Their ability to communicate in English was a delightful surprise, making our interactions seamless and enjoyable.
